Ms. Maleta's Class:

7th grade Humanities Teacher/Literacy Coach

Read every day.  Keep a log of your reading minutes.  Aim for 20-25 minutes of reading along with your regular homework.  When finished with your AR book, ask me about beginning your AR quiz.

Homework is every night and is located on the whiteboard.  Vocabulary tests are usually every Friday. 

Scrabble Club is once a week in my classroom during lunch time.  Bring your lunch and enter our raffle for the end of the month prizes.  Sign up sheet is outside my classroom door.  Check the dates, because they may change if I have meetings.

Rules and Expectations:  Come to school prepared every day with pencils, paper, AR book, homework, binder full of paper and dividers.  Be on time and ready to learn.  Respect yourself and others.  Consequences will be followed by detentions and/or calling home.  Be positive, and you will be successful!   Ms. Maleta
